Advance Papers

The twenty-seven presenters and respondents have been asked to prepare their presentations or responses at whatever length they wish. These papers, which will be accessible well before the conference to all conferees, will set the context for the discussions. At the conference sessions, presenters and respondents will not read their papers but will make brief presentations of the issues and problems raised in their original papers. These presentations are expected to provoke fruitful discussion among all the conferees.

Since these are draft papers, they are not being publicly released at this time. All of the papers and the entire conference proceedings will be publicly available very soon after the conference, and certainly within a month.
